Well for me eating meat pretty well cured those three things. Or at least put them into long term remission. So that should help.

I think not eating excessive carbs and sugar is probably the key. But if you cut out most of the carbs, meat is the logical choice (in my mind anyway) to fill the gap of what you are now not eating. Of course a person might argue for green vegetables (low carb) and that might be ok for some vitamins and minerals, but they are not going to do much for energy. A person can use the fat on the belly, but once that is gone the energy has to come from something. Going back to high carb is going to end up in the same place so a yo-yo diet, which seems to be very popular.

My solution is eat mostly meat, reverse medical problems, get off pills, and feel a whole bunch better. But that is just me.
