I had a friend that would tell me he had to pee more if he ingested sugar. If I don't drink anything but water or coffee, I will have a restful night. Add anything with sugar or even diet soda- I'm up a bunch. I wouldn't tie Carnivore to more potty breaks, but maybe more water that I tend to drink may be the factor.
