Subject: XFill availability on Trimble devices, with private base station?

I've recently switched from a CNH RTK subscription to using a neighbours F9P base station signal through VRS.
Main tractor is a Case Puma 240CVX with Pro700 and 372 antenna. (Floater uses an older 750 on VRS and it appears that XFill is actually working on the same signal???)
99% of the time the tractor RTK is good, but it occasionally loses signal and beeps, but it doesn't default to XFill like it previously did.

Ive asked local GPS guys and opinion is divided, so I thought I'd ask here: Is XFill freely available to all Trimble RTK users including privately owned CORS, or is it part of licensed Trimble supplied package that is only accessible by subscription service?

For what it's worth, I farm in Scotland, but I just happen to look at a couple of farming forums from around the globe.
I'm stuck on this question, so thought I'd ask here.

TIA,
-JP.
