I picked this press up at a neighbor’s farm sale about 20 years ago. It was made to run off a belt pulley for the grinder. I changed it to a hydraulic motor.
Use a variety of apples to get the best flavor. I use Jonathan, McIntosh, golden delicious, and red delicious.
