Since you already use a cpap, I seriously would look at thc products. Some are adamantly opposed to it but if it helps , it’s well worth it. My wife had chemotherapy 10 years ago and at that time illegal in iowa. I wish I had gone to Colorado at the time and got it. I have a family member that now uses it occasionally for sleep . Give it a try.

Ambien can be an evil and addicting drug for sleep issues. I’d avoid that.
