NW IA | Boy you guys are really downers on continuing a 5 generation farm. I say kudos to you and wish you nothing but the best of luck. Will it be easy, no but it's done every day across this country. I'm not going to say our transition plan on a public forum but it will work very well for both parties and does not have a buyout of parents or siblings. Everyone is on board and everyone is happy.
