I recommend MCT oil: it is a processed coconut oil.
Excellent health benefits. MCT stands for Medium Chain Triglycerides. One needs to research it online, as I do not remember details. I have quit using olive oil. MCT is very neutral in flavor-
Well, just looked at WebMD & it says not recommended for frying. Bummer!


Did you quit olive oil because of the dishonesty with sellers diluting it with canola oil and whatever else?

I now purchase direct from reputable growers in the states.
