I had reverse total shoulder 3 months ago. I am very happy with the results. I have no pain and very good range of motion. Dr. Said my rotator cuff was bad in addition to a worn out joint. Saw the Dr. This week. He after 12 weeks he said you are completely healed. Go and do anything you want with no restrictions.
