Pretty much off the menu. Last time we ate there we ate only chicken and even that with just the breading on the chicken it raised my blood sugar a bunch. Chicken Annies Annex is just a mile from our house. Have eaten there many times over the years. Good place to eat but not for low carb. The German slaw side would be pretty low carb but we try to avoid soybean oil and it has lots on it. It has been several years since we have eaten there.

Now Jim's Steak house we can do well. Some steak or hamburger without bun, salad and cottage cheese. Wife likes the steak tips there.
