No I didn't watch because I had to google what ulcerative colitis is. From watching Nick, I know he has some health issues most of us don't and if keto is the remedy then that is what I would recommend he do. I don't subscribe to any youtube channels but I like to check in on some fairly regularly and plant chompers is becoming a favorite. Their latest is

A recurring aspect in plant chompers videos is someone, Chris or others, taking a brisk walk during the filming. I try to walk 3 miles most days. I used to walk in the pasture but lately i just make 7 laps around my farmstead which I used a measuring wheel to determine a lap is approximately 3/7 mile. Last year we had a wet spring and lots of weeds sprung up in the pasture. With a drier spring this year and recent rain, I am hoping the pasture improves bot I fear I need a good hailstorm before it will be friendly for walks again.
