The obvious rule you broke is that you don't have your full name (first and last) listed in your profile. That rule only applies to the TPP forum.
Its kind of a dumb rule as there is absolutely no verification (which this site desperately needs to have to keep out the riffraff) to make sure the name isn't made up but it is what it is.
Put your name in your profile and send the mods a message asking to be let back in if you want in. It might take a little bit for them to get around to it but unless you've done something else to get banned they'll probably let you back in.
