If anyone has occasion to be in Joplin Missouri I recommend eating at Big Rs. This was lunch for my wife and I. Slab of ribs with a double side of pepper link sausage, split between us.
They have great side dishes also and are known far and wide for their pies. But we don't eat that stuff any more so no pictures.
15th street between Rangeline and Main street.
