Note: A few things learned from 35 years of installing, servicing, and designing screeners:
The GFS “Quick Change Screens” have a track system for sliding the screens in and out of the screener in lieu of clamp strips at the valleys. With the track system you do not need to access hard to reach fasteners inside the screener to remove the clamp strips.
Ceramic tile lining is standard on the discharge for all GFS screeners. It is very difficult to line or patch the discharge chute on any pyramid style screener after it is installed. If there is a leak inside the screener you will not realize it until your screenings bin fills up with good grain.
